I've been driving for 30 years and I was in my first accident. Being not familiar with the process, my insurance company gave me a list of auto body shops that they recommend. Premier was the first on their list. I checked out different shops websites and read the reviews. I decided to use Premier. Chris made me feel comfortable with the whole process. He called my insurance company and had the rental car service waiting for me. The shop was tidy and everyone was friendly. The quote for the work seemed very fair. I asked Chris to give me a quote for some body work unrelated to the accident. I was estatic at the price to do additional work. My car was ready when he said it would be and my car was cleaned and waxed! It looked beautiful! I don't have a show car so I didn't get the magnifying glass out to spot any little ity bity imperfections. I was really happy with the outcome. I would go back to Premier and I would tell my friends and family to use this shop for all of their auto body needs. Thanks Chris!!
