Overall excellent care! Once we are in the door, staff is very welcoming, fast, and efficient. My 4 yr. old actually likes going to dentist! The staff also helpful and accomidating with a little baby at the apt. as well. However, the reminder call the day before needs a little improvement. They called my husband instead of me. So the contact info. needs to be changed. I also thought my son's apt. and mine were one after the other. Howeve, they were at the same time. Unfortunately, I also had a 9mo. baby with me. I was planning on my son to help entertain the baby while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Therefore, in the future I would suggest making sure the call goes to me/specific patient and not the spouse. Also, make sure patients are aware the child's and parent's apt. are at the same time!
