This place rocks. You select your pottery piece, use their materials, idea books, stencils, etc., leave it for them to fire and pick it up in a week. I've taken groups here to do a ladies night out (flat fee on Thursday evenings), my daughter to do a mommy/daughter day out, as well as just gone in to make special personalized heirlooms for my kids and a large plate decorated with my family's name and "est.date" for family celebrations. The best time I had was when my husband and I took advantage of their "two for one" studio fees on valentine's day and sat, talked, and painted together for an evening. Beat the movies (and cost about the same) any day!! It's not cheap, but not overpriced for what you get. You pay per hour of studio time, plus the piece you select, with prices ranging from $3 up to $50.
