I initially had to cancel my first appointment because of car problems but the receptionist really tried hard to get me in before the holidays. I was re-scheduled with a stylist different from the one who did my consultation but they offered to schedule an extra 15 minutes so I could have a consultation with the other stylist, Amanda. When I showed up she had the notes from my original stylist, which was a relief for me because I couldn't remember all the details of what we decided on! Overall, Amanda was great and I love my cut and color! I was so pleased with the service that I bought all the products she used on my hair and immediately scheduled my return visit in January! I've already received a lot of compliments on my hair and can't wait to continue services here!
