I purchase all of my vitamins and supplements here. They have a vast selection a knowledgeable staff. They also carry some items found in the natural food section of large grocery stores. I actually get a special lactose free butter there cheaper than at Shaw's. They have great prices. At least 2 brands are on sale every month. They have a little sandwich counter where you can get fresh to order sandwiches. They even carry organic produce. A real gem of a store and priced very reasonable especially since they are in an affluent community.
