Businiess name:  Countryside Veterinary Service - Large Animal

Review content:
I had been taking all of my pets to this veterinary service for years and used to feel confident and safe with their services. However, ever since this location moved to their new and bigger building the service has went downhill. Unfortuantely I have to say that some of the office girls are downright rude and nasty to customers. This office has numerous vets-- I would estimate there are atleast 7-8 and when appointments are made you get whoever is on duty at the time. I took in my dog for a growth on his shoulder and was originally told it was just a torn ligament and given medication. The leg continued to get worse and I took the dog back in and was told by another of their vets that it was arthritis and given a different medication. THEN, when taking the dog back for an unrelated problem (so I thought) a 3rd vet of theirs immediately looked at the lump on his leg and suspected cancer. I was devastated-- this dog had been treated for almost a year for the wrong conditions! I do not know what the outcome could have been if it would have been properly diagonsed sooner but I do know what the outcome was since it had been growing for that long with nothing being done! I lost my best friend who was considered a part of my family! I will NEVER return to this veterinary service again!
