Review content:
I bought a certificate for prints through dealfind. I ordered two months before Christmas and as it didn't arrive in December, I followed up with the owner, Roger. He apologized and told me that he would rush order it out so it arrived in time. When it didn't arrive, and was now February (we purchased other gifts), I emailed again. At this point he said that he would not be sending anything out since dealfind had not paid them. As a business owner myself, I totally get his position; however, I recommended that he send a mass email out to the people he has agreed to ship prints to so that they can follow up with the company before their vouchers expire. He called me cheap and ignorant. Normally companies use these types of media to showcase their customer service skills. Not sonic this case!
