Review content:
All those words in the title might describe articles in the paper to some, but to most of us, it's an apt description of the paper itself. It's a poorly written "free" paper where the level of journalistic skill and editing barely beats out the local high school's journalism class. The most annoying thing is that these folks think they do you a favor with free delivery to your driveway each week, but all they do is create a wet, soggy mess that needs to be recycled. No matter how many times you call or write to have them stop, they still dump their trash on your driveway. They are not a community partner; they are a community nuisance.
