I enjoyed my services, however I have been there several times and each time the ties that keep the robes around you have all been broken, my locker was jammed the last time and the sandals that they provide (and I tried all sizes) cut into your feet and are very uncomfortable. I always leave feeling like the place is old and tired. The lockers are also old and too small. I typically go to EuroDay Spa in Laguna Niguel and also have found it to be clean and fresh....something Spa Gregorie's could learn from.
