Review content:
Their appraisal services for real estate are fair and come in when promised. When applying for a loan it is necessary that the appraisal be done on time for your closing dates to be met. We've used them three times in the last twenty years and they have always met their deadlines.
Their marketing in selling real estate is also good. Their knowledge of the local area which is very important when purchasing or selling real estate is in depth and they share it with you.
