I used them 8/6/08 for my ShihTzu puppy and they scalped his Genetal area cut him on his side and never told me about it. Claims they didn't see it, but if you look over a dog once your done to make sure he looks good, they could not have missed it, it was on his white part and it was a dime size spot. When confronted they tried telling me he was matted, which I knew he was alittle matted, but he was not matted underneath his body which consist of his ball area... I am levid, I had to take him to the vet which cost me $68 and they said that it was done from a groomer.... that they should have never did that. I have a letter from the vet and I am taking them to small claims court... for the vet bill, for the grooming bill and my gas back and forth.. DON"T TRUST THIS GROOMER!!! her name was Kathy that did it and they work out of their home.....Ambers bubbles & clips in Dearborn Michigan
