Review content:
At AOA customer satisfaction is our top priority! I would always be upset to learn that a client was not happy with a service received at my salon, but it is especially upsetting to me to learn today at this late date that someone was unhappy & didn't let us know. It is our policy to stand behind our work... no matter what! Had this client contacted me at the time of this issue I would have been more than happy do whatever it would have taken to correct the situation! This might have been as simple as "tweaking" the hair cut or toning a color. I might have scheduled the appointment with another stylist if the client preferred, or I may have even corrected the issue myself if that is what was needed to make a "not so happy" client become a "raving fan".||[]As for the comment about asking too many personal questions; well all I can say is I am really puzzled... haircuts, color & styling services are personal services.... we need to know a little bit about your likes, dislikes, lifestyle & ability to work with your hair in order to give you a style you will be able to maintain at home between visits. We ask these types of questions to be able to serve you better & give you a style that will really work for you every day, not just the day we see you. ||[]
