I have gone to H& R Block for the past fifteen years. Some of the faces of the staff have changed but for the most part it is the same people year after year. That is reassuring when they are handling something as important as my tax return! I feel confident that my taxes were done correctly and double checked before they are submitted. There is also an extra guarantee that has H & R Block paying (Interest and Penalties to a point) if there are any problems with the filing caused by H & R Block. So far I have had no problems! Great service!
