I was late for my appt. Nicole was able to reschedule for later in the day. I was worried I'd affect the salon's schedule. I'm sure I did, but was fitted in. My nails are beautiful. I'm sure I will get as many comments as I did for my "Christmas nails" I am a new quest. All my visits have been very positive experiences. I was looking for a new salon & know I found it. Customer service is above & beyond. Thank You
