Review content:
Travel Solutions has planned 4 out of our 5 cruises that my husband and I have taken in the past 4 years. We tried one national chain for the first and were met with disappointment at the room we were given and the "upgrades" we never received that we were promised. After changing to Travel Solutions though not only have we always only received the best service, the upgrades have been amazing - anywhere from a standard room changed to a balcony to also being sent a $50.00 bottle of champagne on board to thank us for traveling with them. Give them a chance and see what they can offer you if your already planning a trip and unhappy with or just starting out in finding a travel agency. So far they have done us no wrong!
