Review content:
There was a misunderstanding with my appointment time and I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes late. I understand that this can cause a delay in services. However, when I arrived the waiting room was EMPTY. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was informed that because I was late for my appointment, I would not be seen and had to reschedule. If all appointments were sent with a 15 minute time frame, I could understand what happend. I have recommended this service to many of my friends. I will not after the way I was treated at my last appointment. If I had not paid for my Dental work, I would research a new facility.
