My aesthetician, Rebecca, was great at first, but when it got to the actual Vitamin C mask, she applied it and then told me she would be back in a few minutes. I've been getting facials for 11 years and I've never had a tech leave the room (unless she forgot something.) I was not relaxed and the facial doesn't have any cooling/heating effects, so I just laid there looking at the ceiling for 5-10min. She then popped back in, removed the mask, put some moisturizer on really quick, and told me she would be right outside. I put on my robe, opened the door, and no one was there. I decided I wasn't going to wait for her at that point, so I got dressed and checked out. When I mentioned something to the receptionist, she stated that I was the 2nd person that week to complain about Rebecca leaving the room during that particular facial. I wasn't terribly surprised when I received a call a few hours later- I thought it would be someone from the office calling to apologize for my less-than-satisfactory experience w/ a $110 facial, but, no, it was to let me know that they undercharged me for additions to my massage and to ask if they could charge the CC I had used earlier that day. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
