my hair barely got cut--a few small pieces, and the color(highlights) is hardly noticable even tho' i was ready for something 'bigger' and more fun. my waxing left me red lipped for two days and my lip is still numb. i've heard that is the wax....? it's an expensive day for nothing noticable. it's great to be pampered tho...i don't do it often.....and everyone is very nice.....
