Everything about New Concept Dental is a pleasure. From the expert dentists and the cheerful hygenists; to the staff behind the front desk who welcome you and to the girls at the back desk who help you understand your insurance plan; everyone in this office makes going to the dentist truly stress free and enjoyable experience. Dr, Fay has assembled a Dream Team. The office itself is beautiful and my appointments have never run late on the front end (no waiting) and I get out quickly too. For once in my life, I enjoy going in to see the people and that makes any other uncomfortable feelings I may have had in the past with other offices and dentists go out the window. Try New Concept Dental. I know you will love it too.
