seeing the website i thought la dolce vita looked nice and i wanted to give them a try. After seeing the salon in person, i was so diappointed. The waiting area was a mess, there was no water in the water cooler, the trash barrel was over flowing, the rug was filthy, the front desk a complete disaster. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the sink had so much mildew i didnt even want to wash my hands. The service itself was up to par and I was satisfied but the condition of the place was so bad that I will not go back there. When I was checking out, they didnt even have cash in the register to break change or give me cash back. I asked to speak to a manager and there was not even one on duty. This is no way to run a spa in copley square and I dont know how they stay in business.........
