Review content:
I was a regular customer at Family Drug for many years. A few weeks ago, I went in to pick up medication that I refill monthly. The prescription is renewable on the 17th of every month and store policy is to fill on the due day. I respect this policy and have never requested otherwise. It is inconvenient in that I can not build up a reserve of medication nor can I travel on or near the 17th of the month. Last month it fell on a Saturday. I forgot they close early on Saturday, so when I arrived at 2:30PM, I realized my mistake and went back Monday. When I asked for my medication it had not yet been filled so I asked if it was being filled as of the 17th so I would not be short two pills for the month. Alan (the owner and pharmacist) had a fit, was rude and nasty to me, even the woman working at the counter looked horrified! I'll be doing business with Gusar's from now on.
