Review content:
I like Auto Works because they fix or maintain what needs to be done. I never get the feeling as I do in other shops that a bunch of extra services are pushed on me. Furthermore, they were able figure out and repair/replace some front end items that two other shops could not. I felt I wasted my money at the other places when if I had gone to Auto Works, it would have been fixed right the first time. I get a thorough explanation of repairs. One time they actually sent a car to pick me up so I could see first hand the repair that was needed. When you can actually talk to the fellow diagnosing and making the repairs, it relieves a lot of anxiety about the job being done correctly.
