Rachel spent an incredible amount of time with me in November when I first started looking for a second pair of glasses. She took the time to discuss and confirm my thoughts about my vision plan at the time, pick out frames that fit, give me as good an idea as she could what the savings might be with a different plan and even took measurements even though I would not be purchasing till after 1/1/12. To satisy my husband I confirmed the info about the Davis plan and pricing of glasses at 2 other places but no one came close to the level of service provided by Rachel (and I had already fallen in love with the frames!) When I came back for my exam I was equally pleased with Dr Gammon. She was very thorough nd professional.
