Review content:
A couple that we are friends with recently moved into this complex and although they are moderately satisfied, they say they can't wait for their lease to be up. All the ventilation seems to be interconnected, so whenever someone smokes in the building it filters into their apartment. The laundry room vents are closed from the outside also so it makes the building super hot in the summer.
