In the fall of 2008 I purchased over $1500.00 worth of nursery stock from the owner and his wife with the understanding that I would have a one year warranty. This was not in writting. In May of 2009 I returned because three out of the 54 plants I purchased had died. They were valued at $30.00. The owner refused to replace them stating that they did not plant them so they were not warranted. This was a Brother Mason I was dealing with. After making the large purchase, I returned and bought the last five bags of mulch they had that was on the ground in broken bags and scattered on the ground and paid full price for them without complaining because I thought I was dealing with nice people. I had a list of additional plants I had intended to purchase but bought them elsewhere since I was treated this way. I would not recommend doing business with these people.
