Customer Service is lacking SEVERELY
I found Bao Nguyen off of google and decided to give him a try. I go through the procedures and pay cash for a month's worth of insurance. I didn't get my insurance card on the spot, neither did i get it in the mail. I wait a week then go back. I find out that my payment was never processed and I've been driving around without insurance still! So I go online and look at my checking account history to see if I was refunded, I find out I wasn't! Now I have to go back and demand my money, and on top of all that he refused to give me an SR-22 which I legally need after being ticketed for driving without insurance. This guy does not seem to know what he is doing, and I HIGHLY ADVISE anyone thinking of trying him out NOT TO! I've been pulled over once already since this has happened and told the officer I do have insurance when in actuality I didn't and it's Bao Nguyen's fault. Thankfully the officer let me go on trust that I was being honest, but I don't need this kind of hassle.
