Their motto "Look smart , Payless" is hitting the nail on the head. They have a great selection of shoes and wonderful prices. They often have the buy one get one half price sale and it applies to EVERYTHING in the store. Even it that item is already on clearance. From hand bags to sandals or trouser socks to hoisery, they carry it all. They prices are affordable so you can stock up on those cute little summer sandals or get dress shoes for the whole family! Highly recommened!
