We moved from Florida to Georgia at the beginning of the summer. While making our decision to purchase our home over the internet, it was recommended that Bob Wood Realty, a particular agent in mind (you must email me for direct info) was to be the perfect match for us.
She was......we found our home over the internet from Florida they day we decided to make the big move. She was there at all times, mailing us and calling us with everything we needed to make the smooth transition.
We bought our home within three weeks of moving here and will definately utilize her again. She took care of all the phone calls. This was the easiest transition (as well as a crazy one) that we ever experienced, however, you can "bank" on her.
