Hats off Salon and Spa is located at 1327 South Lafayette Street, in Shelby. They are the best as far as I am concerned. Besides doing the usual haircuts, trimming, permanents, highlights, they also do pedicures, manicures, and more. They have a full service spa that will make you want to come back for more. I have been a customer of them for years, and I have never had a problem. I simply love this business. They are located very conveniently for me, and I like their hours as well. Their prices are just right. This business is certainly recommended.
