I found Bonne Vie Salon after after a few disasters after moving down here from the north where I had a fabulous stylist. After reading great reviews I made sure to have the owner cut my hair as I always do, Emil is great!
My biggest challenge was finding a stylist that knows how to provide natural looking blond highlights that don't wind up looking yellow or too dark. Emil has always listened to everything I've asked for. He never cuts my hair too short (many stylists are obsessed with cutting) and my color always looks natural!
This salon goes above and beyond to make you feel not only at home but valued as a customer. The salon atmosphere is upbeat and I have also received Emil's full attention. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and attentive! One time I left feeling like the hair framing my face was a bit too chunky after having a chance to wash/style it myself and needed to be thinned out, Emil didn't hesitate to have me come back in and cut it exactly the way I had asked, he wanted me to be happy with my cut.
I've tried many salons in Orlando, if you want a great colorist and someone who knows how to cut hair, you have to try Bonne Vie!
