Review content:
These folks (Karl, Dave, and ther rest of the crew) have really helped us grow our business. When we were small they carefully and painstakingly hand packed our product in individual boxes. Now we get our maps by the pallet load. They wrap these pallets up securely to make sure even teamsters can't damage them. They really understand our business and make arrangements that involve flexibility in stocking, production, and payments. We consider them more our "partners" in how to get our maps out, rather than simply a vendor. They've even come up with creative ideas and solutions to help us sell more maps. You can't find a better supplier. I know, I've looked! They've really accounted for part of the success we have achieved in a very competitive industry.
Pros: Fabulous service, conscientious, great quality
Cons: Sometime they have really big customers (like National Geographic) and our production has to wait until they are done.
