Oldest continuing community association in Baltimore City. You can join the association for $5 a year and get a newsletter every month. Activities are planned throught-out the year for the community. The association is formed by neighborhood volunteers and is very active in Belair-Edison. This year BECA is celebrating its 60th anniversary.
