When my fathers septic tank decided to flood and we found the wonderful surprise while visiting him a few months back we tried several different services and none were "able" to get to his house within 24 hours, a few even wanted him to wait 48 plus hours to even have the disaster taken care of. But when we called here they were able to get us in and take care of our problems all within the same day. Now we use them for additives and cleanings on a regular basis to be sure he doesn't run into these problems again. They at times will also offer a $20.00 discount on cleanings or $10 off the additives for the tanks themselves.
