Review content:
We actually considered living here, but weren't very fond of the location. If you are an avid golfer and like being away from the hub of things then this place is great. It's about 15 minutes north of the connector to the beach as well as the main shopping area in Mount Pleasant, and about 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. The property is cute, and very secluded. We really liked the interior of the apartments as well. We found the leasing agents to be a little cold, and not very cooperative. We learned that the property is not run by a real estate agency, but by a couple which made for much stricter rental policies.
