Review content:
We met this company at the Home & Garden Show and liked the fact that they are a local, family owned business. After an interview and checking the BBB we agreed to have a lot of work done, WHAT A MISTAKE! Our roof leaked after the first rain in April 2011 one month after the workers left, it still leaks and we still have not had any help from the company. They make appointments and either never show up or fail to follow-up. The only attempt to correct the gutters actually made the problem worse. Rain drains behind them and drips half way up the porch ceiling and through the vents. We have more problems than can be listed here. This morning was the final straw when it was raining in the living room damaging our door frame and wood floors. I phoned the owner’s son (again) who said he would be out after an office stop, five hours later, office is closed and no visit or call to explain or reschedule. You would expect a better response for a customer that has been dealing with problems for over six months. They do have good reviews so maybe they are okay for some home improvements, but beware of any roof, gutter, gutter-topper or insulation work.
