Review content:
The owner along with another gentelmen came out to inspect and adjust the gas. I told them several times I smelt gas and they used water and soap found a leak and said it's fine still denying it was a gas smell stating it was only the logs burning. I told them no it's gas. The owner smelled of alchol the entire time and was stumbling all over the house up and down stairs and brought in a cart to clean up the mess and could not even hold the cart up. When he was leaving tried to charge me more then he had quoted me on the phone. I told him again upon him leaving i smell gas he assured me it was the logs not gas and to leave it on and go about our business. We left and the second we hit the door the smell of gas was so powerful I called my nephew who is a fire fighter and was instructed to call 911 of course upon inspection yes it was leaking gas in our house for approx 5 hours. This company is amazing have not called then back yet but i will be doing so. Something that serious as to have maybe even killed my family should never be taken lightly and I hope this company takes heed of what they could have done.
