Review content:
We called up Root-Rooter, at 0930 in the morning on the December 31,2011. The person on the phone was assuring that they would come out the same morning to check out the problem. We were offered a no obligation estimate for the job. The plumber was at our house within an hour of the call. He troubleshoot the problem and found that there was a clog in the main pipe that was going to the septic tank. The problem that we were having was the water was backing up into the bathtub on the lower level of the house. We were so pleased by the professionalism of this company from start to finish. He saved us a lot of money because we thought that the problem was the leach field that was causing the problem. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs, they are very dependable and honest, give great warranty's and they are always there if and when you have an emergency.
