I love this place...!! Debbie and Pat, the trainers, are amazing. I've never been one to exercise but I find myself looking forward to working out. I've been overweight most of my adult life and due to unfavorable medical test results, I've had to change my habits. I started working out with Precision Fitness in April and I've lost an additional 20 pounds, added to 30 pounds I lost before I started working out. I'm toned and feeling good. I try and go to 24 Hour Fitness in between times but nothing can compare......I'm spoiled with the personal attention I receive. It's small but personable, inexpensive, very friendly (matured people), who go there to improve their health while becoming fit. I will continue to go to Precision Fitness....!!!
