When my sister-in-law and arrived, we were a bit early. The staff greeted us with a friendly greeting, and gave us a tour of the facility. When my treatment started I was not feeling well due to a health issue. Lindsie took great care to ensure I was comfortable and assisted with making me feel better by providing cool water, a cool towel, and escorting me to a more confortable spot to rest. She let me know what parts of my treatment might make me feel worse, and we agreed to leave them out. She was very accommodating to my situation, while providing professional service. A+ to Spa Gregories for having such a great employee!!
