Review content:
This was my daughters first dentist visit and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. The atmospehre was warm and inviting, there were kids movies playing and video games in the waiting area to keep her entertained and from being nervous. There were even TV's in the exam room so she could continue watching the movie while we were wating and I din't have to try to entertain her in a an exam room where she couldn't touch anything. I wish more doctors offices had those. The staff was very friendly and explained everything as it was happening to her in very kid friendly terms and tones without talking down to her. Dr. Richardson was very kid and gentle and did a great job. You can tell he really enjoys children and works to ensure the parents and kids know what's going on. As a parent I enjoyed the quick check in on the computer so I didn't spend forever going through paper work. This was a great experience and a huge relief for me because I was dreading the worst.
