They are an absolute waist of time. We had a $50 coupon and decided to give it a try. We have been trying to get our water heater fixed since December 21st. It is now a month later and nothing has been done. They took a $50 diagnostic fee only to never complete the work. The water heater is even under warranty. They should have been able to get the parts for free to fix it and get paid for the work by the water heater company. It is simple service work. Instead, it is a month later and all they have done is pass me off to multiple people within this so called "business". They are a scam and not a single person was capable of getting anything done. DO NOT USE THIS ARS/RESCUE ROOTER!!! EVEN IF THEY SAY THE SERVICE IS FREE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND SHOULD BE UNEMPLOYED.
