I have eaten at both Oishii in the South End and the one on Hammond street. At both places I have had terrible service. This specific location has been the worst. One time I ordered the black cod, and they forgot to bring it out even after our sushi came out. The second time I ordered the black cod thinking it would be as the same quality as the black cod in the south end, instead it was very dry and lacked any flavor. By this point was ready to swear off Oishii forever, but decided to give it one last try today. I ordered many pieces of sushi and was very unsatisfied with them, when I went to complain the waitress said there was nothing she could do about giving us any refund on our bill not even so little as 5$. My point is, if you eat at oishii and are not satisfied with the quality of sushi, you will get no sympathy and will have to pay the hefty bill anyway. It's just poor business, I will never go back. Eat at your own risk!
Cons: at least 30 min wait, no compassion for complaints
