Review content:
I went to this salon for a brazilian bikini wax, which I have had done for years. I left in so much pain I had to call in sick to work the next day. Skin had been taken off and an area was scabbed over, something I have never before experienced. Upon calling the store I was asked to speak with the aesthetician who began a tirade about her 25 years of experience, her wax was cold so there was no way I could have been burned, I was just inexperienced and completely refused to let me speak at all. After this I had to call the manager handling my complaint instead of them calling me back as promised and then they asked me to call the store to leave my details so I made a total of 7 phone calls to get the situation resolved. I would absolutely never recommend this salon for waxing.
