Nice little spa... Mary, my massage therapist, is TERRIFIC; rooms are nice, massage was expertly and professionally tendered. I will be going back, that is FOR SURE. I felt like a new woman when I left there. The jacuzzi was perfect; the room private, beautiful, very relaxing. The establishment is very clean and tastefully done. Staff is nice, but I have to tell you, they were VERY disorganized and it took twice as long for me to get my package. The mani-pedi? Don't bother. I left there with what looks like a two week growth on my nails-the polish did not start at my cuticles!! (??) It took FOREVER for this part of the package - VERY disorganized. I did not have my glasses on during the mani- so did not notice what a bad job till after leaving. VERY DISAPPOINTED, to the point of going back for SOMEONE to fix it if it wasn't so far out of my way!! I have been to less expensive nail salons and believe me, they do a MUCH better job - they even give a better leg massage and cut back old cuticles and remove dead skin on my toes - which Body Options was horrible about (didn't do at all...). As I said, don't bother with this service. All in all, it's a great place for pampering yourself. And, since this is where you give your opinions, in my humble opinion, someone should have asked on my way out for any feedback; I think that's good customer service. Oh, well.
