Review content:
I enjoyed my facial but I asked for the spa week special. The woman did an extraction at the end (which took less than 5 minutes) and they made me pay full price. I made it clear when I booked the appointment and when I got there that I wanted the facial featured for spa week and they tricked me into paying more. The experience was otherwise good but I'm irritated at their little scam. Make sure you pay for what you want and don't let them charge you for little extras that they decide to throw in.
