Review content:
The guys here will truly tell you when you need to do something for your car or if it can wait for a while. To paint a picture, my car (1999 Ford Contour) needed some strut and spring work done on it, one place wanted to charge me about $1800 (all new parts+labor) another wanted to do about $1200 (aftermarket parts+labor) and Northgate imports found decent used parts and charged me about $300 (used parts+labor). These guys will not go strictly by the dates for servicing like Rochester Ford, but by how used the fluids in your car actually are. Every other place that I have been to in Rochester has wanted to charge me double or more for the same work on my vehicle, also they would not let me use used parts either, but insisted on new. I understood that the used parts will wear out quicker, but I am only keeping my car another few years before retiring her to the auto-recyclers probably. Either way these guys are some of the most honest mechanics you will find in in the city of Rochester. Cheers guys and Thank you again!
