I had scheduled a partial foil with a stylist I've known for years at S&B. She was unexpectedly unavailable at the time of my appointment so I was "assigned" someone comparable I was told. The new stylist couldn't find my color recipe and spent 10 minutes combing my hair with her fingers and saying "I don't see any highlights in your hair" even tho I've had highlights done for the past 4 years, every 8 weeks at S&B. Finally got the stylist on track and she painted the color dye onto the skin on my hairline. Ugh. Later she couldn't wash it off my skin and I left the salon with hair dye on both sides of my face. Took me a whole day of scrubbing to get the dye off. NEVER EVER going here again.
