My first experience went well at S&B, even though it is expensive and they try hard to up sell I thought I would give it another try. Unfortunately, this time around things went very badly. The stylist and I agreed on a picture for color, our goal was to achieve overall color two shades lighter than my current color. What I got was just a root touch up, one shade darker than what I currently had and highlights underneath that made my hair had a green tint in the light. This was followed by a cut that had no shape. Needless to say I was not happy. The stylist did notice this and was very helpful and willing to set up another appointment to fix this right away. Then comes the follow up appointment. Again, we agree on a color in a magazine. After attempting to lift the color out of my hair, I ended up with a shade that resembles apricot. It is cartoon yellow, with a tinge of orange underneath. Again, nothing like the picture we agreed upon. I will say that S&B is willing to work with you if you are unhappy and the stylist themselves are very nice. But I initially went there to achieve overall one color process to make my hair healthier, and now I have to wear a hat and pray it doesn't fall out from over processing.
