I have had many haircuts over the years...some good and some devastatingly horrible! I have fine straight to slightly wavy hair. Yen ALWAYS makes me feel and look amazing! She really is outstanding in her skill for cutting and choosing a sleek and modern hairstyle that fits you. I can only suggest that she works on her pre-cut head and neck massage (such a nice bonus with every haircut). I would love a more pressure and a massage focused on specific stress points. Still....my haircuts always lend me tons of compliments! I will continue to see her and you should too! The salon is nice and fairly relaxing. Some cozier chairs in the waiting area would be a plus, but you generally don't sit for long. The calming tea is wonderful. Thanks for beautifying and relaxing me!
