Review content:
Website falsely promises FREE CONSULTATION! According to Everything Hot Tubz website: " The call and consultation is FREE and many problems may be resolved over the phone", but I found that not to be the case. I explained the problem over the phone and rather than advising me to thaw the hot tub from the inside using hang lights, they sent someone out to tell me that in person, and then charged me $75 for that. They lent me one bulb-less hang light and told me to buy another one, two bulbs and an extension cord so that I could thaw the pipes; no repair was made to the tub and I'm the one who set everything up to thaw it. My bad for not realizing that if you leave your hot tub turned off for several weeks in the winter in Boulder Canyon, you're going to need to thaw it before you can turn it on; but, honestly, isn't that something the experts should have been able to tell me over the phone (for free)?
